Collecting this information
Information that can be provided is voluntarily given by the parent or carer of children attending Weston All Saints Primary School. All parents are automatically joined to the PTA but no personal information is required for this. Access to all PTA information will be provided by parent pay via Weston All Saints School and will be covered by their GPDR policy.
Whenever we seek to collect information from you, we make it clear whether providing it is optional.
How we store this data
We keep all electronic personal information on a secured database for the whole academic year that it is collected in. At the end of each academic year all data will be deleted from the secure database. Any paper based information e.g. raffle tickets, will be stored securely and confidentially disposed of.
